These Terms of Service apply to all clients booking or receiving services at Lumira Aesthetics. By scheduling a session or visiting our clinic, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Provided

Lumira Aesthetics specializes in professional laser hair removal services delivered by a trained and experienced aesthetic technician.

Treatment suitability and results may vary depending on:

• skin type
• hair growth patterns
• medical conditions
• pre- and post-care compliance

Consultation and assessment are required prior to treatment.

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• provide accurate health and skin history
• disclose medications or recent cosmetic procedures
• follow pre-session shaving and skincare instructions
• follow aftercare and safety guidance provided by the clinic

Failure to follow instructions may impact treatment results or safety.

No Medical Warranties

Laser hair removal results can vary between individuals. We do not guarantee:

• permanent hair removal
• identical outcomes for all clients
• a specific number of sessions required

Reduction occurs gradually and depends on biological and lifestyle factors.

This clinic does not replace medical advice and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are expected to provide reasonable notice if rescheduling or cancelling a session.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a clinic cancellation policy where applicable.

Refund Policy

Because time and resources are reserved for each session:

• services are non-refundable once performed
• prepaid sessions or packages are non-transferable unless permitted by the clinic
• refunds are not provided based on treatment outcome expectations

Exceptions may apply under reasonable circumstances at clinic discretion.

Safety & Right to Refuse Service

The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• contraindications are present
• unsafe conditions exist
• client behaviour is inappropriate or abusive
• treatment is not recommended for safety reasons

Client well-being and professional integrity are prioritized.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for:

• reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or product use
• failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions
• results influenced by biological hair growth variation

Clients acknowledge that all cosmetic services carry inherent risks which are explained prior to treatment.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued booking or service use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
